AdvicePsychic.com  reserves the right to alter , delete or change the terms and conditions from time to time without notice. The continued use of this website by you , you agree to be bound by any alterations or changes made. We will endeavor to alert you regarding changes to the terms and conditions , however we are not obliged to do so. Regardless you should check these terms and conditions from time to time so you are familiar with the current version.

Orders Placed on this Website

Only people of at least 18 years of age may place orders with AdvicePsychic.com By using the Website you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old.

Selecting and Purchasing any Products on this Website, you are offering to buy these products based on these Terms and Conditions , No information contained on this website constitutes an offer by us to sell any products. AdvicePsychic.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders in its  sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when your order has been confirmed as shipped by email or in your account. We will contact you by email or telephone if for some reason your order was unable to be processed

Orders will only be shipped to registered addresses and names that match your payment processor. No orders will be processed or sent if name and address information doesn't match.

We reserve the right to notify you of specials, new products or anything we believe you will be interested in. All emails will have an unsubscribe  link. If you do not want to receive these communications from AdvicePsychic.com let us know and we will remove you from the list who receives these communications. You may re-subscribe at any time

All products including the headers of each page has social network links (Facebook ,Twitter etc ) with share, recommend, like etc Also we have email to a friend etc. We ask that you do not use obscene or threatening language in all communication with those websites from From AdvicePsychic.com or associated with any of our products etc. Our message services are bound by the same request. Examples are. (profane, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, pornographic, invasive, of privacy or otherwise).

Product Colors

We try to produce pictures that show the exact color of a product. However your monitor may not show colors correctly so we cannot guarantee the color will be the exact same as you view on your monitor because many monitors will display colors differently. I you order a red shirt for example you will get a red shirt but the color red might vary slightly to what you saw on your monitor, this depends on your monitors graphics ability etc.

Purchase and Delivery of Products (goods,items,downloads)

Your Purchase is a request for AdvicePsychic.com to organize package and deliver your products to the designated delivery address provided, which will only be the address shown on the credit card used to pay for the purchase of any item from this website, no exceptions will be made.  Any attempt at a fraudulent transaction will automatically cancel the product ordered.

All delivery charges will be displayed during checkout. Our shipping costs are based on a minimum plus weight based allowing for all country deliveries because we ship Internationally. All products are shipped by air or sea. Many of our products are warehoused and shipped by our suppliers , wholesalers or manufactures direct to you on our behalf.Should a product be shipped to you and it be returned to the warehouse, it will be the buyers responsibility to pay further postage delivery costs for each time is sent back out to the delvery address supplied to us, otherwise you forfeit the complete cost of the item.

Custom Duties Worldwide

All countries have custom duties and taxes for imports. You are responsible for knowing the tax/custom free duties and limits set of your country and whether you can lawfully import the products you have ordered into your country. You are the importer on record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country you are sending your order to. You are responsible for the payment if any on the goods you ordered. We do not add on taxes or import duties in the item price these must be paid on entry to a country. Most countries have a tax free/custom free limit before any import duties are paid e.g. Australia its around $1000 and only products over this amount is subject to import duties

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold all owners,  employees, representatives, agents, managers or anyone else associated or directly connected with AdvicePsychic.com harmless for any loss, damage or expense ,including without limitations reasonable legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) incurred by you or the parties arising from an claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding by any person against you or the partieswhere such loss or liability arises out of, in connection with or in respect of your use of this website. Any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions and/or any products/goods/items/downloads purchased by you from AdvicePsychic.com

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdvicePsychic.com or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries if any be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use , loss of data, loss of business or profits to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, AdvicePsychic.com is limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the goods/products/items. 

To the extent permitted by applicable laws AdvicePsychic.com does not accept any liability for any damage or injury of any nature caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from AdvicePsychic.com, Mistakes or inaccuracies on the website, acting or failing to act on any information referred to on the website or any linked website. Unorthorised access to oruse of our servers and or personal information and financial information that might be stored on those servers, interruption or breaks in transmission to or from the website, and or any trojan horses, bugs, viruses or any other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or from the website by any third party. 

Warranties and Statutory conditions

Warranties and conditions apply  with manufactors and nothing in the terms and conditions excludes the application of those statutory conditions and warranties. Because we ship Worldwide the manufacturer warranties apply to all items( if applicable ) sold on AdvicePsychic.com, and it is the buyer who must therefore make any claims of defects or problems with the manufacturer of the item purchased and pay any extra postal charges associated with your claim.

Miscellaneous

The terms and conditions listed above are legally binding upon each party hereto and its successors and permitted assigns. and governed by and constituted in accordance with the laws of the state of Queensland Australia Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. The terms and conditions are not transferable or assignable by you without prior written consent of AdvicePsychic.com . These terms and conditions supersede all prior agreements and understandings if any. Any failure or delay by AdvicePsychic.com in exercising its right, privilege or power under the terms and conditions will operate as a waiver therof, nor will any single partial exercise of any right, privelege or power preclude any other or further exercise of any other right, privelege or power.

All prices and sale transactions are quoted for worldwide delivery unless otherwise stated and is in US Dollars. All import duties including taxes and custom duties if any are payable by you the buyer/purchaser and its up to you to check your allowable limits before such custom duties/taxes become payable
